Shipping policy

All Seametal pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for creation before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your piece is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We ship within the United States only.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Delivery times are in addition to the 4–6 week production period.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged in Transit If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
