Refund policy

All Seametal pieces are handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Because each ring and bracelet is custom-made to your selected size and specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order pieces.

Exceptions — Craftsmanship Issues If your piece arrives with a defect or flaw that makes it materially different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue
• Photos clearly showing the flaw

We will repair, remake, or replace the piece at our discretion at no cost to you.

Please Note

• Natural variations in handcrafted metalwork are not considered flaws — they are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
• Due to fluctuations in the precious metal market, pricing is subject to change without notice.
